General Tips for Authors and Presenters

Submission of your presentation/technical information

Please create your presentation in 16:9 format.

A presentation device with PDF reader and MS Office PowerPoint at least version 2010 is provided for your presentation. The use of your own presentation device is not planned, but is possible after consultation. Please bring an adapter to VGA with you.
A lectern with notebook, presenter and laser pointer is located in the lecture hall. A technical supervisor will support you.

If you use non-digital media, please consult us in any case.

Lecture acceptance

The central lecture reception is located on the 2nd floor of the Kongresshaus.
Please hand in your presentation on a storage medium with a USB port at the reception desk. You will have the opportunity to test the presentation and edit it if necessary.
Please note that different encodings for video or audio formats can lead to problems. Therefore, please visit the lecture acceptance desk in good time - at least 2 hours in advance.
Please do not protect your storage medium with security software.

Speech times
Please prepare your contribution in such a way that the times scheduled for this are adhered to. The chairpersons are required to prevent overruns.

Poster
The posters must be in German or English and in A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm, portrait format, unlaminated). Fastening material is located on the poster walls, which are marked with the corresponding numbers/identification letters.

Please hang up your poster on Thursday, 26 March by 09:00 am at the latest. On Friday, 27 March between 16:00 and 18:30 the posters must be removed. Please note that no posters will be forwarded.

The presenting authors must be present at the poster during the respective poster session.

Poster prizes
All posters will be evaluated on site. The five best posters of the DGKN will be awarded.

Lecture or poster number
Please note that the ID of your abstract has changed and your contribution will henceforth be listed in the documents under the number given in the notification.
Each abstract is marked with two IDs. The ID outside the brackets applies to the DGKN and NIBS program as well as on-site. The ID in brackets indicates the abstract's identification in the journal "Clinical Neurophysiology" published by Elsevier.
